Monthly Retainers cater to clients with diverse design needs on a recurring basis.

Here's a brief overview of how the Retainer Fee agreement operates between the designer and client:

- Retainer fee payments are made at the beginning of each month, providing clients with dedicated time rather than a specific service. Depending on the chosen retainer package, we allocate the appropriate number of hours monthly and plan our workload accordingly.

GRAPHIC DESIGN RETAINER TERMS:

We require a minimum commitment of 3 months, with the option to extend the contract to 6, 9, or 12 months. At the end of the initial 3-month period, we'll review to ensure your allotted hours align with your needs.

Services are provided based on a predetermined number of hours per month. Any additional hours required for your project will be billed at a rate of $100 per hour.

Your projects are our priority, and we carefully plan our workload to dedicate time to your assignments. Unused hours expire at the end of each month to maintain efficiency.

Invoices are sent on the first day of each month and include the monthly retainer rate along with any additional charges from the previous month.
