What if we don't use all the hours booked each week?At RYNA Media, during our discussions about your requirements, we strive to accurately determine the number of hours you'll need from us each week. This helps to minimize leftover time. With a retainer agreement, we mutually agree on a set number of available hours and a fixed payment every two weeks. In this arrangement, any unused hours are still billed, and hours cannot be carried over to future weeks.

Is a newsletter, scheduling, etc. included?No. These are additional features and integrations that can be added after the site is completed.

How far in advance can I book?You’re welcome to book your One Day Website up to two months in advance. We also recommend booking no sooner than two weeks in advance unless you already have your branding and content finalized.

What if I can't get all my pre-work done in time?Please note, 6 business days or later after booking, there are financial repercussions to changing your design date. Your 50% deposit holds your place in the design calendar, and that spot is no longer available to be booked by anyone else. If you change your design date within 5 business days of booking, your deposit will be used to hold your new date in the design calendar. If you change your design date 6 business days or later after booking, your deposit cannot be used towards another design date and will not be refunded.

Does this include branding?No – to create the best possible website for your business, it’s helpful to have your branding finalized ahead of time. If you don’t have any branding (logos, colors, fonts, etc.) to work with, consider booking a Branding first.

How do I pay?To reserve your day you’ll pay 50% up front and 50% after our day is finished.

What type of info/materials do I need to prepare beforehand?You can help us maximise our time together by completing all the prep work in advance. I send a guide and content planner for you to upload before your Design Day, and you’ll need to prepare: All images All text Social media account links Branding assets Website domain details Website hosting details

Do we have to be in the same time zone?Unfortunately, this process won’t work if we’re located on opposite ends of the world. Therefore, we are only able to accept clients based in the US and Canada. That said, our branding and web design services are available to clients worldwide!

Can we build a whole website in a VIP Day rate?At RYNA Media, we offer the option to customize website design using VIP Day rates. However, it's important to note that this may not include in-depth strategy, copywriting, functionality, or SEO services. For a more comprehensive web design experience, we recommend exploring our dedicated website design offerings.

If something comes up, can I reschedule my VIP Day?We get that life happens, so you can reschedule your session once, at no extra cost. Kindly provide one week’s notice so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.

Do I need to be available or on Zoom with you the whole time?At RYNA Media, we'll start the session with a Zoom call for initial discussions. Following that, we kindly ask that you remain available to review and provide feedback via email throughout the remainder of the scheduled session. While there will be periods when we're focused on design work and you're free to attend to other tasks, it's crucial that timely feedback is provided. Delays in feedback may impact our ability to complete all tasks by the end of the session.

Does a VIP Day have guaranteed deliverables?Booking us for the day means there's no fixed list of deliverables. Instead, you'll receive our undivided attention and dedicated focus on your project during that time. The outcome depends on factors like your completion of prep work and prompt responses throughout the day. Keep this in mind when scheduling your VIP Day.

How do I figure out which session I need?At RYNA Media, we always begin with a consultation call to gain a comprehensive understanding of your requirements and recommend the most suitable duration for your project. As our relationship progresses, returning clients become more familiar with our capabilities and can confidently select the session they require without the need for a call.

How far in advance do I need to book?At RYNA Media, our VIP Day sessions typically book up approximately 2-3 weeks in advance. Once you reach out to us, we'll provide you with a link where you can view our availability and schedule your session at your convenience.

What if we don't get everything done?At RYNA Media, we highly value efficiency and strive to deliver your project on time. In the event that there's more feedback or revisions than anticipated, additional sessions may be required. However, if any extra time is needed solely due to our own speed, we'll ensure completion without any extra charges. Additionally, you have the option to extend your session by adding extra time, subject to the designer's availability, for an additional fee of $150 per hour.

Can we create my branding using a day rate?At RYNA Media, we can design a text-based primary logo and establish a color palette for your brand. However, if you're looking for a more comprehensive brand strategy, including a secondary logo and brand guide, we offer a branding package add-on that we're happy to discuss with you.

What is included with the branding package?Our Branding Package includes: Creation of a mood board to capture your brand's essence and aesthetic direction.
